HR Brand Manager

We are looking for a person who:
- Takes on all the tasks of working with the employer’s brand and builds a high-quality and correct strategy, because they already know how to do it;
- Independently determines the necessary resources (budgets, team) and organizes the workflow;
- Attentive to business goals and will be able to select relevant areas of activity for the development of the HR brand;
- Can tell what and how should be done and isn’t afraid to prove people wrong.
Tasks for the position:
- Ensure systematic work on the building of the employer’s brand following the company’s strategy;
- Develop and implement a PR campaign strategy;
- Update external and internal communications in accordance with the company’s goals:
- interaction with universities, career centers, and other organizations;
- participation of the company in specialized conferences and other events;
- maintenance of corporate accounts and creation of content for them, interaction with subscribers (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, etc);
- development of goals, scenarios, photo/video materials, press releases, articles, presentations, texts, etc.
- Develop activities and programs to increase the loyalty of candidates and employees of the company;
- Calculate and report on the budget for employer branding activities.
